How do I return a product/s?   

Makkah store gives you the option to return the purchased product/s, Any order shipped subject to return policy is subject to return within 7 days of delivery.

How is it done?

• Click on “Account Information” and then “Return Form”

• Choose the application (s) you wish to return from the list.

• Choose the most suitable reason for return.

• Add your comments.

• Attach a picture of the product.

Return Terms and Conditions

1. The table below shows our return policy for some types of products:

Non-returnable products

No return, replacement or exchange of products in respect of:

A – Products classified as dangerous materials or using flammable liquids or gases.

B – Products you have used or destroyed or that are not in the same condition that you received it.

C – Any consumable products used or installed.

D – Products with missing or tampered serial number.

E – Products that fall into specific categories, swimwear, underwear, socks, shoes, health and hygiene products, and personal care and some baby products (such as pacifiers, diapers, wet baby wipes, sterilization wipes, feeding and eating products).

F – custom items that I have designed especially for you.

G – items that subject to discount .

H – Items that are not in their original condition and packaging

I – Items damaged due to misuse or showing signs of damage and wear, even if they are within the warranty period.

J – Parts that have been installed, used, modified, or installed, unless they have a manufacturer defect

 K- Parts that are sealed and require a certain degree of factory hygiene. Requests delivered by Santa are not returnable L –

M. Internationally delivered orders (outside Oman for the Emirates and Saudi Arabia).

Cash refund :

* For the delivered products, we will return the full value of the product to you excluding the shipping fee in addition to the return fee if the product is different from what you expected. Note: If you are in the Sultanate of Oman, United Arab Emirates and want to return a product without paying the return fee, please return the product to the headquarters of Makkah store company

* If the product is defective or does not conform to its description on our website. 

 * If the reason for the return is a mistake on our part, such as an error in pricing or description etc.  

 * For products that have not been delivered, you will get a full refund if you cancel the order before it goes out for shipping.

Refunding Procedures :

We will return your money to you according to the method that you used to pay as follows:

  * If you pay cash on delivery, we will return the amount to you as a credit in our store.

  * If you made a payment by credit card, you can choose between getting a balance in our store or refunding your credit card.

The length of time for the refund :

A refunding order will be issued immediately upon the arrival of the product that you have returned to our packaging warehouses and checked by our team, and you will receive your refund within the following period:

* If the refund is to your credit card, within thirty (30) days from the date we receive the product in our warehouse.

  * If the refund is in the form of a balance in the store, you will get the balance within three (3) days after the product arrives at our warehouse and checks it by our team.

  * If you cancel the order before leaving shipping, we will give you points in the store within three (3) days of canceling the order, or within thirty (30) days in case you want to return the amount to your credit card.
